I’m old. We’ll leave it at that. And by old, I mean quite young but growing up physically much faster than I am mentally/emotionally. Well versed in the role of a student, school has been my place of work for the past 16 years. Previously, my studies have taken me from my hometown to the University of St Andrews in Scotland. Actually, I lived across the street from the world’s oldest (and most famous, arguably) golf course, and attended class in the same buildings as Prince William and Kate Middleton. That’s all the bragging I’ll do about that school. To be quick about it, it sucked. It was the most miserable year ever. Scotland was one of the many places I’ve encountered in my travels. I really have been all over the world, and I feel very lucky to have witnessed some of the historic and awesome places this world has to offer us. Now I’m home, more than willing to spill my thoughts onto the internet and enlighten you, the reader, in anyway I can.
Really, I did start this blog for me. As an aspiring journalist it was nice to have another place to write my thoughts down (sorry for my wordy posts. Didn’t realize most people only post blurbs and pictures..?) and this also seemed like a place where people might actually view my stuff. While it’s not very journalistic, it’s at least themed somewhat like a newspaper. Well and truly, this blog is where my random thoughts and feelings go when my fingers decide to dance.
I hope you enjoy it. Feel free to ask any questions you’d like; I’d be more than happy to answer them.
